With over 29 years of industry experience, Leigh has a significant list of accomplishments within the Boston market. This knowledge and the principal that relationships, not a "good pitch," drive a successful business is the foundation on which FP began.
Over the past 18 years, Tyler has participated in lease and sale transactions totaling more than 10 million square feet with an aggregate value of over $100 million. He specializes in the representation of buyers and tenants in leasing and sales of industrial and office space and has negotiated on behalf of both local companies and corporate clients within the city's inner and northern suburbs.
Rob has over 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate banking industry involving more than $5 billion worth of commercial property. He serves on the Board of Directors of Wilder & Chavez in addition to serving as the CFO for both Sycamore Property Management and SixCapital. Rob has a B.A. from the UCONN and earned his M.B.A. from the BU Questrom School of Management.
Chris has more than 30 years of experience in leasing and sales of commercial properties in downtown Boston, Back Bay and Cambridge. He has represented both for-profit companies and non-profit institutions, understanding that each sector has its own very specific needs.
Dave's responsibilities include compiling and analysis of tenant data, creation and maintenance of our Salesforce database and writing research reports. Dave also works with downtown Boston and Cambridge tenants.

Oshri cultivates new relationships and acts as a liaison between FP and its clients with a focus on growing the Israeli market. Prior to joining, he was an entrepreneur, developing and managing Brothers for Life, a non-profit initiative to benefit injured soldiers.
He also served as a government official within the Ministry of Defense and Foreign Affairs for the Israeli embassy
Ellen Fantini Cullinan
Ellie's career in commercial real estate spans over 19 years with a focus on tenant representation in the downtown Boston and Cambridge markets. She has fostered many long term relationships with clients by implementing creative solutions to their real estate challenges as well as providing ongoing and timely market intelligence.

Beverly has over 28 years of marketing and design experience. She is responsible for the development of the FP brand and implementation of the marketing strategy - including campaigns, digital marketing, PR and events. Beverly also works closely with clients to develop strategic goals to best market their properties.
