Anthony W. Biette

With over 30 years of industry experience, Anthony’s primary focus is on small to middle market transactions involving land, industrial, office and retail properties.
Prior to joining FP in 2022, Anthony owned & operated Peak Real Estate Partners, a boutique commercial real estate firm specializing in investment sales of all assets. Overall, Anthony has been involved in transactions totaling more than $3 billion.
Rob Rudnick
CFO
Rob has over 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate banking industry involving more than $5 billion worth of commercial property. He serves on the Board of Directors of Rincon Development in addition to serving as the CFO for both Rincon Management Company and Rincon Capital. Rob has a B.A. from the University of Connecticut and earned his M.B.A. from the BU Questrom School of Management.
Christopher Rogers

Chris has more than 35 years of experience in leasing and sales of commercial properties in downtown Boston, Back Bay and Cambridge. He has represented both for-profit companies and non-profit institutions, understanding that each sector has its own very specific needs.
Christiaan Bosse
Associate
Christiaan is focused on leasing and investment sales in the downtown and suburban markets of greater Boston.
Christiaan graduated with honors in Economics and minored in Finance from Tufts University in 2023. After spending the previous two summers (2021 & 2022) interning with Freudenheim Partners, he joined the company as an associate in June 2023.
Ellie Fantini Cullinan

Ellie's career in commercial real estate spans over 23 years with a focus on tenant representation in the downtown Boston and Cambridge markets. She has fostered many long term relationships with clients by implementing creative solutions to their real estate challenges as well as providing ongoing and timely market intelligence.
Nima Sanchez
Director of Marketing
With over 15 years of experience, Nima is responsible for the marketing, communication and research efforts of the firm. In addition to strategic business development efforts, she directs media relations, branding, advertising and website development. She manages and oversees the companies Salesforce database, sponsorships, events, and more.
